Built with a crew who were losing gear.

Stoqro started with an Australian water-damage restoration business. Their air movers and dehumidifiers were spread across a warehouse, a handful of vans and dozens of jobs, and keeping track of it all by hand wasn't working.

Hosted in Australia

A small work crew chatting beside their van

Three questions, asked every day.

  • “Where's our gear?”

Drying equipment goes out to jobs and vans and stays for days. Without a record of every move, machines went missing, and nobody could say for sure how many were free.
  • “What's due for test & tag?”

Every machine needs testing on a regular cycle. A tagging day should update the machines that were tagged that day, and leave the rest alone.
  • “Can we prove it?”

Insurers ask how many days equipment was on a job. Auditors ask to see the test records. The answers should be a click away.

So we built Stoqro with them: a QR sticker on every machine, a scan whenever it moves, counts the office can trust, and test & tag that records a test day for just the machines that were tagged. Then we made sure it works the same for any business with gear, from hire yards to schools.

How we build it.

If it's slow, nobody will do it

Recording a move has to take seconds, on the phone people already carry. So it's scan, pick, done, with no app to install.

Plain English, every screen

Every button says what it does and every setting says what changes. Confirmations tell you exactly what will happen before it does.

No charge per person

The whole crew should be able to scan. Office logins, field staff and phones are unlimited on every plan.

Your data is yours

Your records are kept in Australia, and you can export all of them any time, as spreadsheets or one ZIP file.

Give it a go with your own gear.

Sign up, print a sheet of stickers and scan your first machine. It's free for 30 days with up to 200 items, and there's no card to enter.
