No. Staff scan a sticker with their phone's normal camera and it opens in the browser. The first time, they set the phone up from a poster in your warehouse, a link you send them or a short code, then choose a 4-digit PIN. After that the phone remembers them.

Yes. Upload a CSV or Excel file, match its columns to Stoqro's, check the preview, and import. Dates are read strictly as dd/mm/yyyy, so 03/04 never turns into March 4. You can undo an import for 7 days.

An office laser printer and A4 sticker sheets (weatherproof polyester sheets last best), or a label printer such as a Brother P-touch, Dymo LabelWriter or Zebra. Stoqro makes a PDF at exactly the right size.

Moves are saved on the phone straight away and sent when signal comes back. The phone shows what's still waiting to send, so nothing gets lost in a basement or out bush.

Yes. They type the job number on their phone and carry on. Stoqro spots near-duplicates like J-2041 and j2041, and flags staff-added jobs for the office to check.

Every move on a phone comes with an Undo button, and recent moves can be undone for a couple of minutes afterwards. Everything is in the item's history either way.

They see your business name, logo and phone number, what the item is and its asset number, and any message you choose to add, so they can call you if they find it. They never see where it's been, your jobs, your staff or your test records. You can switch that page off too, and then a scan shows nothing about your business.

Yes. Tick the items that were tested (or scan each one on a phone as it's tagged) and record the test for just those. The confirmation tells you how many items change, and everything else stays exactly as it was.

Stoqro records your test & tag to AS/NZS 3760 and helps you stay on top of it: due dates, reminders, warnings before overdue gear goes out, and a register you can export. The testing itself is still done by a competent person, and keeping your workplace safe stays your responsibility.

Anything you track with its own sticker: each air mover, drill, lead or power board is one item. Items you've retired don't count. Places, vans, jobs, people and phones never count.

No. Office logins, field staff and phones are unlimited on every plan. You only pay for how many items you track.

Yes. Tell us and we'll move you up or down. If you reach your plan's item limit, Stoqro lets you know before you add more.

Stoqro is hosted in Australia. Each business's records are sealed off from every other business's in the database itself.

Only if your business's owner switches on support access, for a set time, and chooses whether we can only look or also make changes. Every visit shows a banner in your dashboard and is written in your activity log.

Yes. Office logins can turn on two-step sign-in with an authenticator app, and big changes like switching it off need a recent sign-in.

Any time. Export any list as a spreadsheet, the test & tag register as a spreadsheet or PDF, or everything at once as a ZIP file.

Every business gets its own address, like yourname.stoqro.com.au. You can also point your own domain at your panel, and choose which address your stickers use.
