In the app
When you sign in, or a staff member sets up their phone, Stoqro sets these essential cookies:
| Cookie | What it's for | How long |
|---|---|---|
better-auth.session_token | Keeps you signed in to your office dashboard. On the live site its name starts with __Secure-. | 30 days, renewed while you use it |
better-auth.two_factor | Holds your place while you type the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. | 10 minutes |
better-auth.trust_device | Set only if you tick “trust this computer” when signing in with a code, so it doesn't ask again. | 30 days |
__Host-eqd | Remembers a staff member's phone once it's set up, so they don't sign in again each time. | 1 year, renewed when used |
eqpre | Counts wrong codes while a phone is being set up, to stop guessing. | 1 day |
Stored in your browser
A few things are kept in your browser's own storage rather than in cookies:
- whether you prefer the light or dark look, a narrower dashboard menu, and the phones' high-contrast “bright sun” mode,
- on staff phones, a copy of your business's equipment and places, and any moves waiting to send, so the phone works with no signal.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. Because these cookies are essential, blocking them means you won't be able to stay signed in, and staff phones won't be remembered. For more about how we handle information, see our privacy policy.
