Your equipment, jobs and test records are part of how your business runs. Here's how Stoqro looks after them, in plain words.
Where your data lives.

Stoqro runs on servers in Australia, and your records stay in Australia.
Every business sealed off
Each business's records are locked away from every other business's in the database itself, not just in the app. Even if a page had a mistake in it, the database would only hand over the signed-in business's own records.
Who can get in.
Strong office sign-in
Passwords are at least 12 characters and are checked against passwords leaked in known data breaches. Office logins can turn on two-step sign-in with an authenticator app.
Big changes need a fresh sign-in
Switching off two-step sign-in, changing someone's role or changing your sticker address all need a sign-in from the last 15 minutes. Repeated wrong passwords are slowed down.
Staff phones and PINs
PINs are never stored as numbers, only as a scrambled fingerprint. Too many wrong PINs pause or lock that person, and the office can sign a lost phone out straight away.
Stickers give little away
A stranger who scans a sticker sees your business name, logo and phone number, what the item is and its asset number, and any message you choose to add. Never where it's been, your jobs, your staff or your test records. It's there so a lost item can find its way back.
You stay in control.
Support only when you say so
Our team can't look inside your business unless its owner switches on support access, for a set time, choosing “View only” or “Can make changes”. Every visit shows a banner and is recorded in your activity log.
Everything is written down
Every move, test and change to your settings is recorded in plain sentences: who did it, what changed and when.
Your data is yours
Export any list, your test & tag register, or everything at once as a ZIP file, whenever you like.
