Terms of use

About these terms
These terms are an agreement between Stoqro (“Stoqro”, “we”, “us”) and the business that uses Stoqro (“you”). By starting a trial or using the service, you agree to them on your business's behalf. They sit alongside our privacy policy.
The free trial
A new business can try Stoqro free for 30 days, for up to 200 items, with every feature included. No card is needed. Before the trial ends we'll ask which plan you'd like.
Plans and paying
- Plans are priced per business by how many items you track, as shown on our pricing page. Office logins, field staff and phones are unlimited.
- Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
- We invoice you for your plan, monthly or yearly. There's no card payment online.
- If you reach your plan's item limit, you'll need to move to a bigger plan before adding more.
- If we change our prices, we'll tell you before your next invoice.
Your account and people
- You decide who has access to your business, and what each person can do.
- Keep passwords, PINs and the phone setup poster and links safe. Tell us straight away if you think someone has got in who shouldn't have.
- You're responsible for what happens under your business's logins and phones.
Your data
The records you put into Stoqro belong to your business. We use them only to provide the service, as our privacy policy explains. You can export them at any time. If you add information about other people (such as your staff, or clients' addresses on jobs), make sure you're allowed to.
Using it fairly
Please don't:
- use Stoqro for anything unlawful,
- try to get into another business's records, or test our security without asking us first,
- overload the service on purpose, or copy it, or
- use the contact form or stickers to send spam.
Test & tag
Stoqro records your test & tag information and helps you stay on top of it. It doesn't test equipment and can't make equipment safe. Testing must be done by a competent person, and the suggested intervals in the app are a starting point: confirm them with your tester and your state's rules. Keeping your workplace safe stays your responsibility.
Keeping the service running
We work to keep Stoqro available, and we'll give notice of planned maintenance where we can. Like any online service it may occasionally be unavailable. We'll keep improving it, and may change or replace features over time without taking away what your plan includes.
Stopping
You can stop using Stoqro at any time by telling us. We may suspend a business that doesn't pay its invoices or breaks these terms, after telling it why where we can. When a business closes, we keep its records for 90 days, so you can change your mind or ask for an export. After that, we delete them if you ask us to.
Responsibility
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Apart from those rights, and as far as the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell your business's owner by email before they take effect.
